The Book, the Workshops, and Life Changes
My wife and I are retiring from our day jobs, after many years of joyful work at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Our retirement plan requires us to take a six-month break from working for the State, so I will be facilitating one “last” Mindfulness Refresher session on Saturday, June 1st, 9:30 to 11:30 am. The Program on Integrative Medicine at UNC (UNC website) will continue to offer excellent mindfulness-based programs throughout the year.
